If you are unable to find a suitable appointment online, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone to discuss your requirements with our friendly reception team.

Up & Active has an active appointment cancellation list.  If you require an appointment sooner than those available online, please ring our team and request to be added to our cancellation list.  Should an appointment become available, you will receive an appointment offer via phone call.

We understand that at times an urgent appointment is required.  In this case please ring reception and explain your circumstances.  We endeavour to schedule all urgent appointments as soon as possible.  Examples include vestibular or dizzy patients, acute injury and severe pain.

Please note appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend scheduled appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment charge as per our cancellation policy
